Structural Design Services for Industrial Building Design can be salutary – regarding documents of construction and many more. These structural design services for architectural and structural field, help in planning a structure and help you of this fact to save the money of your projects of structural design.

These structural services include use of software and sometimes the hardware particularly created which helps structural and civil engineers, the advisers and the architects in the real estate and industry internationally.

Structural and Civil engineers must employ qualifications and imagination by considering the types and the combinations of the loads and internal forces which can emerge in the life of the structure and by considering their size probable. Guided by the committees which write the collections of instructions, they can maximize the utilities of structural design.

Should the building be conceived at the enormous cost to resist the most serious earthquake which it is possible to imagine, or impact of the being crushed planes? If not, should it at least have the means a certain protection, finishing to the top folded but more-or-less entirety? These questions can easily be solved using structural design assistance.

When the moment comes for the analysis, competence is required in the application of the theoretical concepts and the analytical techniques to mathematical modeling of the structures. All the theories are approximations and the structural design creator must choose carefully the theory bringing most narrowly reality closer to the structure, and codes.

We are an incorporation of an exceptional team of structural engineers and systems of point making of the regular activities to offer quality, cost effective structural design services to you on time. At outsourcestructuraldesign.com, we use our central competences, common experiment and most recent technology to offer to you the structural design of the first quality and detailing services for materials of timber structural, of steel, concrete and prefabricated.

The WTC Twin Tower Structural Design

admin on February 25th, 2010

The World Trade Center (WTC) was a complex in Lower Manhattan whose seven buildings were destroyed in 2001 in the September 11 terrorist attacks. The site is currently being rebuilt with six new skyscrapers and a memorial to the casualties of the attacks.

The original World Trade Center was designed by Minoru Yamasaki in the early 1960s using a tube-frame structural design for the twin 110-story towers. In gaining approval for the project, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey agreed to take over the Hudson & Manhattan Railroad which became the Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH). Groundbreaking for the World Trade Center took place on August 5, 1966. The North Tower was completed in December 1970 and the South Tower was finished in July 1971. Construction of the World Trade Center involved excavating a large amount of material which was used in making Battery Park City on the west side of Lower Manhattan.

The complex was located in the heart of New York City’s downtown financial district and contained 13.4 million square feet (1.24 million m2) of office space. The Windows on the World restaurant was located on the 106Th and 107Th floors of the North Tower, while the Top of the World observation deck was located on the 107Th floor of the South Tower. Other World Trade Center buildings included the Marriott World Trade Center; 6 World Trade Center, which housed the United States Customs; and 7 World Trade Center, which was built in the 1980s. The World Trade Center experienced a fire on February 13, 1975 and a bombing on February 26, 1993. In 1998, the Port Authority decided to privatize the World Trade Center, leasing the buildings to a private company to manage, and awarded the lease to Silverstein Properties in July 2001.

TV series about building the sailboat and sailing across the Atlantic. V-BLOG #05: Steve Killing was kind enough to come to Klacko Spars and be our guest advisor for a few hours during The Structural Design Meeting. Attended by Peter Tietz from Voyager Windvanes, Stan Barclay from ThyssenKrupp Materials NA and John McComb – the coating specialist from Downing Products Ltd., representing Awlgrip.
Structural problems and possible solutions were addressed frankly and now the real challenge begins. Is it going to be enough to replace stainless steel nuts and bolts with aluminium rivets? Or is it The Team’s solution to rebuild Julius from scratch following the original lines and design?

Follow short video clips from filming “The Death & Life of Julius” – the 13 part documentary series about bringing one man’s dream ‘back to life’.

Over the next year and a half a group of friends, advisors and marine-shops will build a small sailboat for a 2008 sail across the Atlantic. The series will follow the building process from scratch, installing the hardware and the equipment, performing ‘non-compromise’ sea trials and ultimately sailing to Europe where the original boat builder left from over a half a century ago.

The series will be narrated by the godfather of world cruising, Jimmy Cornell.

Here you can follow the video-blog of the build.
