How to design and analyse a T-Beam?

I need to design a T -Beam with the following parameters – its a multistory building frame with 5 stories. It has 12 bays running in the y axis with each bay being 6.6m. It has a total length of 33.25m in the x axis, this is split in two by a UB of 16.625m. The T-beam must have toe following parameters:
Flange depth200mm
Beam width600mm
Beam depth600mm

Dead Weight
Slab 19.505kN/m
Beam 8.21kN/m
Point Load 889.112kN

Imposed18.675kN/m
Point Load725.81kN

From what I can gather I need the loading for the Mid End Span, Middle Support, Mid Mid Span, design for the reinforcement (bars/links etc), deflection checks, vertical shear check/design for each span. Also it has to be designed to Eurocodes specifications.

Iv just started a new job in a design office and they have thrown this at me, if you could help me out it woiuld be great?

PLATES OR SURFACE IN MODELLING FOR SLAB IN FRAMES?

TO ALL STAAD USERS 5 ISSUES TO RESOLVE;
1. WHAT SHOULD BE USED IN MODELING SLABS/WALL IN BLDG FRAMES, PLATES OR SURFACES.
2. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE OF THE TWO ITEM IN TERMS OF ACQUIRING A MORE REALISTIC APPROACH IN SLAB/WALL DESIGN.
3. WOULD THERE BE AN ERROR IN THE ANALYSIS OR APPROACH IN THE DESIGN IF YOU HAVE USED PLATE RATHER THAN SURFACE OR VICE-VERSA.
4. LIMITATION OF THE USAGE FOR BOTH PLATE AND SURFACE.
5. WHEN AND WHERE TO USE PLATE AND SLAB IN MODELING.

A CONCRETE slab believed to have been laid by former prime minister Ben Chifley will be refurbished by new concreting works after it was found to be unsafe.

I I want to know to make concrete slabs. The mix design procedure & calculations should be in SI units.?

This is for my civil engineering assignment. I am assigned to make a concrete slab with comressive strength 10N/mm square. If possible, the mix design procedure should come with calculations such as aggregates’ weight and proportions, water-cement ratio, apparent specific gravity etc. Thank you.
